ABOUT

THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our client base and elevate our sales performance across Queensland. This role focuses on developing new business, strengthening key relationships, and delivering sustained growth across major projects, civil infrastructure, and the broader construction sector.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will manage the full business development cycle - from identification and pursuit of new opportunities, to closing deals and nurturing long‑term client partnerships. If you love building relationships that last, this role is for you.

Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, quoting, client presentations and closing opportunities

Develop and execute a structured sales plan to achieve growth targets

Lead business development initiatives to secure new opportunities across QLD’s civil infrastructure and commercial construction markets

Build, manage and grow strategic client relationships

Work with the National Sales Manager to implement sales and marketing initiatives

Attend networking events, sponsorship activations and industry functions

Drive client engagement activities including Supercars team activations

Deliver exceptional service and support throughout the entire sales process

Use CRM software effectively to ensure accurate data capture and reporting

Promote new products as they are introduced to our range

Our QLD branch needs an experienced and motivated Sales & Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the building, construction, or hire industries.

You are hands‑on, highly motivated, and confident managing the full sales cycle. Your ability to close opportunities will be supported by our ongoing investment in new fleet and assets. Strong relationship‑building skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences are essential.
