Account Manager – Responsibilities & Qualifications

One of the UKs print management giants is currently seeking a highly driven Account Manager to work on a key household name account. It will be your responsibility for the smooth running of all printing projects on behalf of your client, including purchasing and process management, working predominately onsite with your client to offer direct support. You must have a comprehensive knowledge of print, direct mail and the relevant production processes, on top of a strong overall commercial acumen.

To fulfil this role, it is important to be customer focused and be driven by the development of relationships with clients and the nurturing of a portfolio of accounts. Good communication skills and ability to build rapport are a must.
