Overview

Account Executive - SaaS / HR & Rec Tech (Hybrid, Glasgow)

£35k-£45k base + Double OTE + additional group benefits

• Identify, contact and book demos with prospective customers, ensuring they see value quickly, before negotiating and closing deals.
• Work with a highly effective Marketing department and two SDRs, with warm leads as well as your own prospect base.
• Proactively target and secure contracts with mid-large Enterprise customers, across the UK&I.
• In the mid-long term, develop leadership capabilities and potentially lead other team members as the business scales.

• 3+ years of experience in New Business Software Sales within the SaaS space.
• Proven experience in prospecting and closing deals over the telephone, video and face-to-face meetings.
• Process driven with strong commercial acumen. Track record in closing contracts in excess of £30k per annum (ARR).
• Commutable to a Glasgow office 2-3 days a week.
• Bonus points if you have experience in HR tech, Rec Tech, or workflow software.
• Previous experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
