Position: Internal Sales Person (Permanent)
Partnership Recruiting is working with leading and growing metal supplier in Glasgow who are looking to add an enthusiastic Internal Salesperson to their existing team.

This role is all about building strong relationships, keeping customers coming back and spotting opportunities to grow accounts further.

What you’ll be doing :

* Managing key accounts:
You’ll look after a portfolio of existing customers, keeping relationships strong and driving repeat business through regular, proactive contact.

* Growing sales:
Working alongside the wider sales team, you’ll help hit (and beat) sales targets while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

* Keeping things organised:
You’ll keep the CRM up to date with customer activity, pipeline updates, and market insight.

* Working with production:
Liaising closely with the production team to make sure orders run smoothly and customers get what they need, when they need it.

* Supporting customers:
Handling queries and issues quickly and professionally, making sure customers always get a great experience.

What we’re looking for:

* Sales experience:
Around 2+ years in an internal sales or account management role, with a track record of hitting targets.

* A proactive mindset:
You enjoy building relationships, spotting opportunities, and picking up the phone.

* Resilience:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

* Strong communication skills:
Confident, clear, and personable when dealing with customers and colleagues.

* Good IT skills:
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with ERP systems is a bonus, but not essential.

* Organisation & flexibility:
Able to juggle multiple priorities and stay on top of a busy workload.
