As a Sales Negotiator youll oversee the full property sales cycle from start to finish. Youll be responsible for sourcing new opportunities valuing properties managing investor relationships and negotiating deals to completion. • Manage the full property sales process from initial enquiry to deal completion
• Source and assess new property opportunities
• Conduct valuations and provide market advice to clients and investors
• Negotiate and close property deals with professionalism and accuracy
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and partners
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process

Youll be confident driven and have a strong understanding of the property market. This role suits someone with previous experience in property sales or negotiations who enjoys managing relationships and taking ownership of deals.
