You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. Forget suits and ties; this is an opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and enjoy each working day.

As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant you’ll guide customers from entry through to aftersales – helping them find the right car, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth order process.

• Helping customers find the right car, based on what they need
• Delivering outstanding five‑star service for every customer
• Building and maintaining lasting relationships through every step of the sales process
• Selling the right sales package for the customer (finance to servicing) with integrity and professionalism
• Co‑ordinating order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
• Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
• Working as part of a dynamic team to ensure deadlines are met and promises are honoured
• Staying in touch with customers to offer a great aftersales experience

• Excellent communication, organisational and people skills

• Attention to detail and well‑organised to deliver promises and exceed expectations
• The desire for a lasting, fulfilling career
• Full driving licence held for at least 1 year

• £25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car
• On target earnings of £35,000‑£40,000 with uncapped earning potential
