This is a role for exceptionally talented media sales professionals in Scotland who believe they have what it takes to be an Account Manager (New Business Specialist) within our ambitious Capital team. Applicants should have a proven track record, understand the competitive media landscape, and have the ability to work in a highly demanding team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing opportunities and generating appointments to win new business in your local market.
  • Building new and developing existing client relationships, ensuring you clearly understand the client’s business goals.
  • Exploring the freshest ways of working across our broad range of products.
  • Creating innovative ideas to deliver results and grow your client’s business.
  • Thinking and doing things differently to stand out in the industry against competitors.
  • Working across multi-disciplined teams to efficiently deliver results for our clients.
  • Presenting creative pitches in a dynamic and engaging way.
  • Delivery of agreed revenue targets, call rates, activity levels and standards of performance.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in media sales or equivalent
