As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll handle inquiries and ensure our student rooms sell out for the new academic year. You’ll learn sales quickly by giving tours, answering questions online, and creating a seamless customer experience. You’ll maintain clear communication with your team and potential students.
What You’ll Do- Focus on selling student rooms by handling online and offline tours of the property; supporting the reservations team by responding to student‑related emails; responding to leads via third parties; proactively following up with leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring in new potential student guests.
- Run market and segment research on the student market in Glasgow to spot opportunities.
- A variety of commercial projects/tasks based on your location’s needs.
- 2–3 years of experience in a customer‑facing or proactive sales role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Proactive and love taking initiative.
- Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
- Comfortable in an ambitious and informal work environment.
- Flexible and detail oriented.
