As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll handle inquiries and ensure our student rooms sell out for the new academic year. You’ll learn sales quickly by giving tours, answering questions online, and creating a seamless customer experience. You’ll maintain clear communication with your team and potential students.

What You’ll Do
  • Focus on selling student rooms by handling online and offline tours of the property; supporting the reservations team by responding to student‑related emails; responding to leads via third parties; proactively following up with leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring in new potential student guests.
  • Run market and segment research on the student market in Glasgow to spot opportunities.
  • A variety of commercial projects/tasks based on your location’s needs.
What You’ll Qualify
  • 2–3 years of experience in a customer‑facing or proactive sales role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Proactive and love taking initiative.
  • Fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
  • Comfortable in an ambitious and informal work environment.
  • Flexible and detail oriented.
