Are you ready to make each call count? As a dynamic Outbound Sales Specialist, you'll engage with our expansive database of over 200,000 potential charity clients. Your mission is to harness your sales prowess to convert conversations into meaningful actions, helping charities maximise their resources through better utility solutions.

• Perform outbound calls to gauge client needs, articulate our unique selling points, and handle objections like a pro.
• Make between 70 - 100 calls a day.
• Cultivate and manage a personal pipeline, meeting and exceeding KPIs through strategic actions.
• Foster enduring relationships that build trust and encourage repeat engagements.

• You're a relationship-builder, confident in your ability to communicate effectively.
• Independent, adept at managing your own workflow, and thrive under pressure.
• A natural at negotiation, with a knack for prioritising tasks.
• Team player, resilient, ambitious, and relentlessly driven towards targets.

• Starting Salary £22,776 - £25,000 (depending on experience!)
• 5% Salary increase every year! (last year every employee received a 5% increase + 8% increase in line with inflation!)
