Sales Design Consultant

Due to continued growth, Scope Bathrooms Design Studio are looking to expand their current team of Retail Sales Consultants. Scope Bathrooms operates from a luxury Design Studio/Showroom in Hillington Park, Glasgow, and has an excellent reputation in the high-end bathroom sector. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Bathroom Sales Designer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in bathroom sales and design, have a passion for the latest trends and technology within the luxury bathroom sector and be capable of working under pressure, achieving sales targets and leading their own projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with clients to create and sell luxury bathroom specifications.

Responsibilities

• Represent Scope within our showroom environment, and communicate with potential new customers to establish requirements.
• Design concepts that meet client specifications and project requirements. Utilise Virtual World software to bring designs to life (training provided).
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring clarity throughout the design and quotation process.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering a 5-star customer experience
• Present design proposals to clients, highlighting key features and benefits while employing upselling strategies where appropriate.
• Develop detailed quotations, which evolve during the client consultation process.
• Maintain an organised workflow, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Participate in product training and sales training sessions as appropriate.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Bathroom Sales Designer or similar.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple client projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Creative with a strong eye for design and detail
• Worked as part of a similar team, in a similar sales environment.
• Experience with Virtual Worlds Design package or similar – desirable
