Car Park Attendant - FTC

Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant!

Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team!

This is a Full‑time role (28 hours per week) that will see you working 8 hours per shift (6am‑2pm, 2pm‑10pm, 10pm‑6am) on a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern, including nights and weekends due to the nature of the business. There is also the option for overtime.

This is a fixed‑term contract that will run from February 2026 to October 31 2026.

• Engaging with customers: providing top‑notch customer service with a smile.
• Valet service: driving customer vehicles.
• Traffic control measures: regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
• Regular foot patrols: ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
• Grounds maintenance: keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks such as weeding, painting, and cleaning.
• Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
• Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs such as weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).

No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:

• Strong communication skills: ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills: tech‑savvy enough to handle our equipment.
• Full manual UK driver’s licence: essential for the role.
• Applicants must be over the age of 23, due to insurance purposes.

Please note that if you attend an interview without a Full UK driver’s licence and  prove you are over the age of 23, we will be unable to proceed with the interview.
