• Have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team.
• This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for spinning a lot of plates in order to drive operational standards and deliver sales.
• Many of our stores offer an online home delivery service; experience of managing a high-volume digital operation would be an advantage.
• Be hard working, proactive and able to instill our values into your team and store.

• Experience in leading a store team and delivering high standards of customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-channel retail environment.
• Strong work ethic, proactive mindset and the ability to instill company values within a team.
• Experience with online/home delivery operations is advantageous.
