Glasgow, UK (5 days per week in office, full time)

What you’ll do;
  • Ensure all customers receive their necessary documentation & materials prior to their adventure.
  • Ensure customer special requests are fulfilled, such as fully printed materials, additional packs etc.
  • Make appropriate decisions on best time & place for mail to be sent, e.g. last minute bookings may need to be sent directly to an accommodation.
  • Keep the costs to a minimum where possible by ensuring accuracy with postage costs & turnaround of packs to avoid courier.
  • Work with 3rd party couriers where necessary to ensure documentation reaches customer in relevant timeframe.
  • Manage & maintain stock levels to ensure supply meets demand.
  • Ensure all invoices are checked & passed to relevant department for payments.
  • Negotiate discounts for bulk buys or repeat orders where possible.
  • Support the operations team with back‑office data management & loading.
  • Support the operations team with any other administrative tasks, such as loading rates in our back‑office system, the onboarding of new suppliers & booking reports for suppliers.
