Join Our Culinary Team as a Sales Advisor at Pro Cook! Are you a kitchen enthusiast? Do you have a passion for helping customers find the perfect kitchenware? Pro Cook is on the hunt for a dynamic and friendly Sales Advisor to join our thriving team.

This is a new store opening mid to end of February in Braehead Shopping Centre, Glasgow. We have several permanent, part‑time positions available: 1 × 24hrs, 1 × 16hrs, 1 × 12hrs, 1 × 8hrs. Please NOTE! You will be required to work shifts Monday to Sunday on a rota based on the hours in your contract.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain store standards, ensuring a clean and inviting shopping environment.
• Restock shelves and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote teamwork.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is required.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• A genuine passion for cooking and kitchenware.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Salary is £12.60 per hour.
