The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the role provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 16 hours per week.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
