• Work in partnership with the Store Management team
• Serve as a role model to the team, driving a great atmosphere in store
• Analyse the sales figures on a daily basis and make the right commercial choices
• Promote personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPIs, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising and operations

• Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager within retail
• Good communication and social skills
• Passion for our product
• Taking ownership
• Driving results with a commercial mindset
• Not afraid of a challenge & change
