Retail Sales Advisor – Glasgow
Windrose Landscape Architecture is looking for a Retail Sales Advisor to join our Glasgow team.
Hours:
30 hours a week – Monday to Saturday (flexibility may be required).
Salary:
Hourly rate £12.30 – Annual salary £19,188 (Full Time Equivalent £25,584).
You will contribute to daily store operations, achieving excellent sales performance and agreed key performance indicators while delivering first‑class customer service. Maintain a well‑presented commercial environment in line with company policies, creating a safe place for all store visitors.
What you will be doing- You will be the foundation of the store so customer focus will be your number priority, offering a welcoming experience for all that enter the store.
- You will spend time with our customers giving them support and advice on their purchasing needs.
- You will get to know your local community and spend time contacting them to raise awareness of your store and the vast range of products we stock, always encouraging them to come and visit.
- You will contact previous customers of the store to let them know about special promotions and new product lines.
- You will produce quotes for large and more complex orders and track those through to completion.
- Competitive Hourly Rate £11.70.
- Performance related bonus paid quarterly onto your annual salary (pro rata for part time).

- Basic IT literacy – prepare quotes and operate different systems using Excel, Word and Outlook.

- Basic numeracy, literacy & IT skills.
