A hospitality company is seeking experienced Restaurant and Bar staff for a seasonal role in a busy hotel located in the beautiful Scottish Countryside. The position demands providing excellent customer service, taking food and drink orders accurately, and working behind the bar. Applicants must have restaurant experience, be able to live in or commute to the venue, and possess a Personal Alcohol License.

This role runs from March to October 2025.
