Somewhere by Nico is an innovative cocktail bar that looks to redefine what a bar experience looks like by blending storytelling, multi-sensory mixology and experience together. We will look to create a six stage cocktail experience every six weeks, inspired by a ‘themed world’ that will become Somewhere during that time. With storytelling at the heart of the experience, guests are transformed into adventurers, with mixologists becoming the narrator, through enhanced narratives in every drink.

Its mystical decor will transport you to a dream world that will challenge all your senses throughout a carefully curated two hour experience.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate Bartender, with sound knowledge of cocktails and also have some floor experience as this role will also involve some service.

• Maintaining skills and product knowledge
• Supporting, training and acting as a role model to new members of the team
• Service of all drink and food orders in the public bars according to the Cycle of Service standards and timings
• Ordering, receiving, storing, controlling and counting of all Beverage stocks for Bar and Restaurant.
• Administration of all stocks including, invoice collation, price checking and data entry of stock.

• Be confident in a busy, high end environment.
• Previous experience of cocktail preparation and making in a bar or restaurant environment
• You will be hugely passionate about food, beverage and service
• Willingness to learn and be a massive team player
• Warm, friendly and humble personality
• Enthusiastic and proactive, with impeccable attention to detail
