• Control and oversee the seasoning, portioning and appearance of the food served.
• Demonstrate and promote teamwork within the kitchen and front of house.
• Excellent communication and the ability to lead and also work well with others.
• Have a good knowledge & understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety.
• Be committed to delivering first class service.
