What You’ll Do

• Work across all kitchen sections, preparing and serving high-quality food and drink.
• Support the Lead Chef in delivering our Campus food strategy.
• Collaborate with service and events teams to create experiences that wow.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, health & safety, and compliance.
• Drive innovation and keep up with the latest food trends.
• Champion a “One Team” culture and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: SCQF Level 6 or equivalent cookery qualification.
• Experience: 3+ years in a similar role within large-scale, high-end catering or fast-casual outlets.
• Ability to work confidently across all kitchen sections (main kitchen, butchery, fish prep, patisserie).
• Strong communication skills and IT literacy.
• A passion for food, creativity, and delivering exceptional service.
