Our client is a major global player in the food manufacturing industry, operating across multiple international markets. They are now seeking a Complaints Coordinator to play a pivotal role in upholding exceptional standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. Sitting within the quality function, this position calls for a detail‑driven, customer‑focused professional with a strong grasp of food manufacturing processes. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional teamwork, while also managing the administrative and data‑focused elements of quality performance.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, and working full time on site, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

As the Complaints Coordinator, you will:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely, compliant manner
  • Analyze complaint data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to effectively address root causes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Support the Quality Manager in monitoring key performance indicators for product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate findings and improvement plans to internal stakeholders and external customers
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a quality or customer complaints role within the food manufacturing industry
  • Experience using problem‑solving tools and a strong knowledge of product quality standards
  • Demonstrable problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines, working independently or as part of a team
  • Document management skills to ensure appropriate records are maintained in compliance with legal requirements
  • Qualified to degree level within a food, science, or engineering discipline
  • Strong cross‑functional communicator, able to work both independently and collaboratively
What Our Client Offers
  • Salary:
    Above £32,000 per annum
