STEM Recruitment is seeking a Dispensing Operative to join our client’s team in Glasgow and Strathclyde. This contract role involves supporting the production team by dispensing pharmaceutical products efficiently and accurately, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and dispensing items in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and maintaining precise documentation throughout the process.

• BSc degree in a relevant field
• Lab experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical setting
• Knowledge of GMP and laboratory safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
