What the Role InvolvesAs a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, offering a calm, friendly and professional welcome in a busy small animal practice.
Your duties will include managing appointments using our booking system, handling phone calls and enquiries, processing payments, and supporting the smooth running of the front desk. You’ll also assist with general administrative tasks and maintain high standards of cleanliness in client-facing areas. Building product knowledge is part of the role, allowing you to confidently support clients where applicable with their concerns.
