You will transition from high-pressure hospital environments to a state-of-the-art superyacht, cruising exclusively throughout the Mediterranean . Your luxury maritime itinerary will feature the world's most pristine anchorages, seamlessly moving between the elegance of Monaco , the exclusive marinas of Marbella , and the historic beauty of the Greek Islands .

The Team You will operate within a sophisticated, self-contained medical ecosystem designed for ultra-high-net-worth healthcare. Clinical oversight is directed by a Lead British Doctor , and you will work in close, daily collaboration with dedicated Physiotherapists and a highly responsive,
Western-trained nursing team .

The Safety Delivering flawless concierge medicine requires continuous support and sharp clinical focus. To ensure absolute patient safety and eliminate practitioner fatigue, we operate under a strict double-nurse shift system . You will never be on duty alone; a highly experienced clinical peer will always be working by your side.

The Requirements

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).

Clinical Background: A minimum of 4+ years of recent, high-acuity Acute Care experience (ICU / ER / A&E).

Language Proficiency: Native or C1 fluency in English.

Professional Attributes: Unwavering clinical excellence, supreme adaptability, and the highest standards of discretion.
