The Team You will practice as part of an elite, meticulously selected multidisciplinary unit. Our onboard medical operation is directed by a Lead British Doctor and is fully supported by expert Physiotherapists, alongside an exclusive, entirely Western-trained nursing team.

This protocol guarantees that you always have immediate clinical redundancy, collaborative support during critical moments, and optimal rest between shifts.

The Process Designed for absolute discretion and to accommodate the demanding schedules of active high-acuity nurses, our comprehensive initial interview phase is conducted securely via an online platform.

• Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• 4+ years of rigorous, recent Acute Care experience (ICU, ER, or A&E).
• Native or C1 fluent English proficiency.
• 30 days of annual leave.
• Premium en‑suite quarters (strictly avoiding standard crew living spaces).
• All expenses fully covered (including international flights to the vessel, premium culinary provisions, and bespoke medical uniforms).
