Elite Clinical Concierge – Ultra-High-Net-Worth Maritime Care

Glasgow, United Kingdom | Posted on 19/02/2026

The Mission

We are presenting a career-defining opportunity for a distinguished nursing professional to transition into the highest echelon of private medical care. In this highly exclusive role, you will deliver meticulous, 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. Your clinical environment will be a pristine, private superyacht with a spectacular cruising itinerary exclusively across the Mediterranean. Anticipate providing world-class care while anchored in breathtaking, sun-drenched destinations such as Portofino, Menorca, and the Ionian Sea.

The

Team

Operating at this level of healthcare means you are supported by the best. You will be a vital member of a bespoke, multidisciplinary medical concierge unit featuring:

  • A distinguished Lead British Doctor directing all overarching clinical and emergency protocols
  • Specialized Physiotherapists focused on preserving and enhancing the principal’s daily mobility and wellness
  • An elite, strictly Western-trained nursing team
The Safety

Uncompromising patient care is directly linked to well-rested, sharply focused practitioners. To mitigate clinical fatigue and ensure rapid, flawless responses to any medical needs, this deployment strictly utilizes a double-nurse shift system, providing you with constant, built-in clinical support and peace of mind.

Requirements

This highly exclusive assignment demands sharp clinical acumen, refined professionalism, and absolute discretion. Eligible candidates must present:

  • Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
  • At least 4+ years of recent, high-acuity experience in Acute Care (ICU / ER / A&E)
  • Native or C1-level English proficiency
  • High adaptability to dynamic maritime environments and a steadfast commitment to clinical excellence
Benefits & Remuneration
  • 30 days of scheduled annual leave
  • Premium en-suite quarters aboard the vessel
  • All expenses completely covered (including global flights, luxury onboard catering, bespoke uniforms, and all international travel logistics)
The Process

To honor your privacy and facilitate a seamless, highly discreet international recruitment process, our initial screening and formal interviews are conducted entirely via a secure online platform.
