We are selecting a highly experienced nursing professional for a premier medical role aboard a private superyacht. Your primary mandate is the 1:1 clinical supervision of an 80-year-old VIP principal. The vessel is setting a course for the Turquoise Coast (Turkish Riviera) . You will manage the client's health and daily regimen while the yacht navigates the ancient Lycian waters of Antalya , the exclusive harbor of Kalkan , and the sunken ruins near Kekova .
This role requires a nurse who can deliver precision care in a region known for its blend of ancient history and modern luxury.
You will be an integral part of a Tier-1 medical department:
Medical Director: A Lead British Doctor responsible for clinical governance and remote/on-site oversight.
Physiotherapy Unit: Specialists dedicated to the client’s daily mobility and rehabilitation exercises.
Nursing Roster: A professional team of Western-trained nurses ensuring seamless handover and support.
The SafetyTo ensure uncompromised patient safety and crew health, this role utilizes a strict Double-Nurse Shift System . You will never work a shift alone; a second qualified nurse is always present to assist with transfers, hygiene, and critical monitoring. This structure is designed to prevent fatigue and ensure 24/7 alertness.

RequirementsEducation: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited Western university.

Language: Native English speaker or C1 proficiency is essential for accurate clinical handover.
Attributes: High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and the ability to provide discreet care in a private setting.
