Community Staff Nurse - Adult Nursing Services B5
Apply for the Community Staff Nurse - Adult Nursing Services B5 role with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC). The role is an 18‑month fixed‑term, part‑time position working 3 evenings per week (16:30‑21:30) covering weekends and public holidays. Salary is pro‑rata for part‑time hours.
The successful candidate must hold a live NMC UK pin, possess a first‑level adult nursing degree, and have significant nursing experience with demonstrated leadership and communication skills. A clean current driving licence is required.
Key Responsibilities- Work within the Primary Health Care team under the direction of the District Nurse.
- Assess patients and deliver an agreed plan of care within a community setting.
- Exercise clinical and professional judgment to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Support and promote the department’s objectives as part of the wider Health and Social Care Partnership.
- Registered nurse with a first‑level adult nursing degree.
- Significant experience in nursing practice with evidence of continuing professional development.
- Leadership and communication skills; ability to work autonomously.
- Passion for a career in community services.
