Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Brand & Content, located in our offices in Glasgow City Centre. The individual will lead and oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to effectively establish and grow the Radio South West brand. Key responsibilities include managing brand identity, developing engaging content strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, and strengthening public relations.
Collaborating with creative teams and stakeholders, the role ensures consistent and impactful communication across all channels to align with the station's vision and objectives.
- Experience in Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Brand Marketing
- Proficiency in Marketing techniques and strategies
- Strong skills in Public Relations to enhance brand reputation and engagement
- Ability to lead teams, develop content strategies, and manage multiple projects
- Proven experience in creating and executing innovative branding and content campaigns
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with the radio, media, or entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field
