Position: Global Employer Brand & Attraction Specialist

In this role, you’ll be a driving force behind insight‑led attraction activity that sparks interest, builds connection and brings our employer brand to life. You’ll take ownership of optimising our global career site, deliver integrated internal and external attraction campaigns, and collaborate closely with Corporate Communications, Social Media and Marketing partners across the business.

This is a broad, hands‑on role where no two days look the same perfect for someone with a background in marketing, communications, content or digital who is energised by creative problem solving and confident stakeholder engagement. You’ll translate complex needs into meaningful, high‑impact work.

To be successful as a Global Employer Brand & Attraction Specialist, you should have experience with:
  • Experience of working in marketing or content‑led campaigns
  • Ability to interpret analytics and make data‑based recommendations
  • Experience or an understanding of operating in a large, complex corporate environment
Other highly desirable skills include:
  • Skilled in stakeholder management
  • Able to create high‑impact slide decks and visual presentations
  • Confident presenter with strong communication skills

Purpose of the role

To plan, develop and implement brand strategies, based on research and analysis, that align with the overall business objectives to protect and enhance its market presence and position

Accountabilities
  • Development and maintenance of brand assets and guidelines that define how the brand looks, sounds and feels across all touchpoints.
  • Collaboration with creative teams, advertising agencies, and other partners (internal and external) to create compelling and effective brand campaigns that enhance brand awareness, loyalty and engagement.
  • Analyse brand performance KPIs, brand competitiveness and product trends in the marketplace.
  • Budget management (if applicable) for brand-related activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.

  • To advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. Collaborate closely with other functions/ business divisions.
