CY Partners is supporting a well-established international life sciences organisation operating in the diagnostics space, as they look to appoint a Marketing Operations Manager to support continued growth across global markets.

This is a broad, hands-on role sitting at the intersection of marketing strategy, technical content and commercial execution. The successful candidate will take ownership of marketing operations, lead a small team and work closely with UK and international sales stakeholders to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.

The Role

Lead and develop a small marketing operations team, setting priorities and maintaining high delivery standards

Drive the creation of high-quality marketing materials and campaigns for technical and commercial audiences

Own internal marketing communications and social media activity

Support customer and distributor training through the development of technical tools and materials

Collaborate closely with sales teams on customer-facing initiatives, events and market insight

Attend industry events and onsite visits to gather intelligence and identify new product or technology opportunities

The Ideal Profile

Degree-qualified in Marketing, Life Sciences or a related

Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, ideally within life sciences or another technical sector

Previous experience leading or mentoring others

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling content

Proven experience delivering marketing strategies and product positioning

Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders

Hands on design capability, including proficiency with Adobe In Design
