We are a brand activation and events agency working based in Glasgow, working UK wide. We work with some of the world’s leading drinks brands including Red Bull, Asahi Super Dry, Moet & Chandon, Caorunn Gin, Edinburgh Gin and many more to support a range of activations in bars and shops to music festivals and stadiums - and everything in between.

- Working on an array of projects all brands, primarily Red Bull, with the ability to plan and manage your own events.
- Build client relationships through excellent communication, delivering results for our clients and reporting.
- Delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Pre / post event planning including booking logistics, briefing and booking staff.
- Financial management - quoting jobs, managing budgets and forecast reporting.
- Managing field-based team members and support recruiting event staff.
- Attending events onsite for client and crew management and executing projects on the field.
- UK based travel when required.
- Working closely to support account handling team and directors with campaign led projects.
- Focus on personal growth and allow yourself to be challenges and actively look for more responsibility.
- Minimum 1yr experience working within events industry or experience working with a marketing agency or similiar.
- Ability to work at speed and under-pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Competency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Confidence in decision making and assertiveness when required.
- Demonstration in prioritisation over an ever change work flow.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to form excellent external and internal relationships.
- Technically minded and/or and an interest in sporting / music events.
- Desire to learn new skills, meet new people and challenge yourself professionally and personally.
- Collaborative – we are a small team and success comes from within by working together.
- Passion - understand events and marketing, an interest or experience in hospitality and the drinks industry.
- Willingness to travel and attend events through the working week, evenings and weekends.
