We are looking for a Materials & Production Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring our production and bottling operations run smoothly, efficiently and on schedule.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves being at the heart of operations, connecting suppliers, systems and production teams to deliver high quality finished goods on time and in full.

The Role

As Materials & Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and overseeing production schedules to ensure seamless operations. Acting as the key link between procurement, suppliers, production and logistics, you will ensure materials are available when needed and data is accurate across all systems.

You will take ownership of SAP data integrity, supplier coordination, stock control and production order processing, ensuring everything aligns with bottling and production plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and process production orders in line with bottling operations
  • Generate and manage rework instructions
  • Create and maintain SAP specifications for materials, barcodes, cased goods and ad hoc items
  • Maintain material schedules aligned with production and bottling plans
  • Raise purchase orders for materials and non stock items to meet required production dates
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing
  • Monitor packaging stock levels and proactively address shortages
  • Process delivery notes for all goods received
  • Manage and control SAP master data including weights and dimensions
  • Conduct month end stock reconciliation and glass pallet reconciliation
  • Gather and maintain greenhouse gas data within SAP and manage annual third party GHG reporting
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a production planning, materials coordination or supply chain role
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confident communicator who can liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams
  • Commercial awareness with negotiation skills
  • Proactive, solutions focused mindset
Why Apply?

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact within a growing, quality driven manufacturing environment. You will have real ownership, visibility across the business and the chance to contribute to both operational excellence and sustainability reporting.

If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity and keeping production moving, I would love to hear from you.
