We are recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG manufacturing business for a Maintenance Excellence Manager
. This is a senior engineering role focused on driving world‑class asset care, reliability, and continuous improvement across a high‑performing production site.

• Lead and deliver the Maintenance Excellence Roadmap
• Drive Reliability‑Centred Maintenance (RCM) and critical asset strategies
• Champion Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and top‑loss elimination
• Improve CMMS utilisation
  , maintenance planning, and inventory control
• Support Autonomous Maintenance, 5S, and standard routines
• Facilitate RCM workshops and embed best‑practice maintenance processes
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver cost‑effective, safe maintenance solutions
• Promote a strong safety‑first and continuous improvement culture

• Proven maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g. SAP, Movex, Mainsaver)
• Expertise in RCA, FMECA, Lean, and reliability methodologies
• Excellent people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for maintenance excellence and operational performance
