CNC Milling Programmer/ Setter/ Operator – UMS Flowell

Base Pay RangeCompetitive base rate of pay up to £40K per annum (based on experience and skill levels).
33 days (accrued) annual holiday leave.
Additional shift rate if applicable.
About UsPascoe Engineering is a long established provider of tool and mould‑die tools and moulding services. With the addition of being a premier subcontract machining supplier in the Oil & Gas sector, we are looking to recruit experienced CNC machine shop personnel to join our growing team at our in‑house machining facility.
The Role- Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines using Heidenhain Control systems to produce our own design components and product parts.
- 37 hour working week.
- Working week may be on an early, back or night shift system, 5 days per week.
- Time‑served CNC machinist.
- Experience setting and operating various milling machines with Heidenhain control.
- Experience with spark & wire erosion machines would be of great benefit.
- Heidenhain programming experience advantageous.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience working to high quality standards on precision components.
- Ability to use a wide variety of measuring equipment whilst checking and documenting work.
- Good communication skills and ability to train and transfer skills to others to support business objectives.
