• Manual turning, CNC machining and producing precision‑engineered parts
• Working from technical drawings to manufacture components accurately
• Assembling, inspecting and finishing work to high‑quality standards
• Maintaining machines and supporting wider workshop tasks
• Collaborating closely with colleagues to meet production schedules

• Excellent manual turning experience (essential)
• Solid CNC machining background
• At least 3 years workshop machining experience
• Strong communication skills and a genuine team‑first attitude
• Confident managing time, quality and safety standards
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Willing to work overtime when required
