Business travel Team Leader – Entertainment

A fantastic opportunity arisen to join one of the leading TMCs who specialise arranging travel for the entertainment industry, both touring and production. They are looking for an experienced team leader, who is hands on, to lead a small team. Salary up to 50k plus benefits, hybrid with an office in central London.

• Leading and supporting a team of travel specialists.
• Managing your own portfolio of artists and touring clients, delivering seamless, time-critical travel.
• Coaching and developing team members to strengthen skills and confidence.
• Overseeing high-pressure itinerary changes, reissues and VIP requests.
• Acting as the point of escalation and helping drive consistent team performance.
• Improving workflow efficiency across the team.

• Team, leader experience for a TMC, ideally within entertainment, but a VIP background is also considered.
• At least one year of team leadership or mentoring.
• Excellent GDS capability (Galileo experience is highly valued), including reissues and complex itineraries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Hybrid London role with core hours of 10am-6pm.
• Occasional out-of-hours support and participation in an on-call rota.
