Our Client is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the Trafficking and Exploitation Survivors' Service (TESS) in Scotland. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring contractual compliance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality support to vulnerable clients.

• Oversee operational management of TESS services in line with contractual and legal requirements.
• Line manage and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring effective workload allocation.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholder engagement, including Scottish Government, Police Scotland, NGOs, and local authorities.
• Lead on safeguarding, incident management, and health and safety compliance.
• Manage reporting, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Drive service KPIs and continuous improvement, incorporating client feedback and co‑production activities.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a people management role.
• Background in social care, supporting clients with complex needs.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations professionally.
• Good IT skills (MS Office and CRM systems).
• Flexibility to travel and participate in an on‑call rota.

• PVG background check required – this can be completed for you.
• Willingness to work occasional unsocial hours and travel across Scotland and the UK.
