The Role
As Mobile Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of a portfolio of C&I solar PV projects. You'll act as the key on-site representative, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest HSE standards.
You’ll be:- Managing day-to-day site activities across multiple live projects
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Ensuring strict adherence to HSE and CDM regulations
- Monitoring programme milestones and reporting progress to senior management
- Conducting quality inspections and ensuring works meet design specifications
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site
Given the mobile nature of the role, flexibility to travel and stay away during the week is essential.
About You- Proven experience as a Site Manager on solar PV projects (ideally C&I scale)
- Strong understanding of electrical and civil installation processes
- SMSTS (essential)
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS card
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
