Enable Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager – Multi Utilities to join a growing utilities contractor based in Bolton.
This role offers flexible working arrangements, combining office, home and site-based responsibilities.
You will be responsible for managing the delivery of multi-utility installation projects across residential, commercial and infrastructure developments, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- As Project Manager, you will oversee projects from award through to completion and final handover.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing project programmes
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Allocating resources to meet programme deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance
- Ensuring RAMS, permits and procedures are implemented
- Liaising with clients, developers and local authorities
- Monitoring project progress, budgets and forecasts
- Managing variations and change control
- Producing progress and financial reports
- Supporting procurement of subcontractors and materials
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and street works requirements
- Supporting commercial teams to maintain project profitability
- You will manage multiple utility projects simultaneously, ensuring effective coordination across all stakeholders.
- To be considered, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within multi-utilities, utilities infrastructure or civil engineering
- Strong understanding of utility installation processes (water, gas, electric and telecoms)
- Experience managing multiple live projects
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of utility regulations and street works requirements
- SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- You will be proactive, commercially aware and confident managing client relationships and operational delivery.
- Salary of £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
