This role requires a hands‑on commercial leader capable of managing complex procurement and contract management activities across the full project lifecycle.

  • Working as a key member of multi‑disciplinary project teams to support successful infrastructure delivery

  • Demonstrated experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, and complex commercial risk environments
  • A professional, dynamic, and delivery‑focused approach to commercial leadership

  • MRICS, FRICS, or equivalent professional accreditation preferred
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to support strategic decision‑making
  • Experience in claims preparation, management, and resolution
