Property Manager – Student Accommodation

Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at a brand-new Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development in Glasgow
. This is a high-profile new build with a strong commercial and customer-facing focus, ideal for a manager who can combine operational leadership with confident lettings, viewings and sales activity
.

With the scheme entering its initial lease-up phase, the role will be heavily focused on conducting viewings, selling rooms from the show apartment, supporting marketing activity and driving occupancy
, while also establishing robust day-to-day building operations.

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the PBSA scheme, ensuring the building is safe, compliant and professionally run
• Lead room sales and viewings
  , delivering engaging tours from the show apartment to prospective residents and partners
• Act as the main on-site ambassador during launch and lease-up, providing an exceptional first impression
• Support and implement leasing and marketing strategies to maximise occupancy levels
• Oversee the full resident journey from enquiry through to move-in and ongoing tenancy
• Manage front-of-house operations, reception activity and customer service standards
• Work closely with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure the building remains presentation-ready at all times
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety and operational procedures
• Handle resident queries, feedback and escalations in a professional and timely manner
• Produce reports covering occupancy, lettings performance and operational activity

• Proven experience as a Property Manager, Student Accommodation Manager or similar residential management role
• Background within PBSA, BTR, Co-Living or residential property management
• Confident delivering viewings, tours and sales conversations in a customer-focused environment
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to driving occupancy and performance
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Comfortable working within a new-build and launch environment
• Confident using property management systems and CRM platforms

£37,500 per annum KPI bonus 10% of salary
