As Audit Senior Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing the audit team, managing a diverse client portfolio, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm. This position offers real scope to influence strategy, mentor junior staff, and work closely with Partners on high-quality audit engagements across a broad range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing audit engagements from planning through to completion
  • Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with UK auditing and accounting standards
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing audit team members
  • Supporting Partners with business development and practice growth initiatives
Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience operating at Manager or Senior Manager level within audit
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK audit and accounting standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
