Project Manager - CDD Modernisation

Join Barclays as a Project Manager within the Customer Due Diligence Modernisation team, where you'll play a key role in driving change and delivering complex change and transformation initiatives. You will lead the execution of large-scale projects, and support additional initiatives, gaining exposure to a broader portfolio.

• Transformational Change Delivery Expertise
  Proven ability to deliver complex, large‑scale change initiatives on time and within budget, particularly within technology‑enabled environments
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
  Practical experience working within Agile project delivery structures
• Strong Stakeholder & Communication Skills
  Ability to influence senior stakeholders, clearly articulate status, and manage cross‑functional relationships effectively

• Customer Due Diligence / Financial Crime Domain Knowledge
  Understanding of CDD, onboarding, or financial crime prevention processes
• Experience with AI, Automation, or Data‑Driven Solutions
  Exposure to modern technical delivery approaches such as AI, Dev Ops, and automation
• Project & Risk Management Capability
  Demonstrated experience managing scope, risks, issues, and resources for high‑value projects, ensuring governance and control standards are met

• Be a subject matter expert within own discipline and will guide technical direction. They will lead collaborative, multi‑year assignments and guide team members through structured assignments, identify the need for the inclusion of other areas of specialization to complete assignments. They will train, guide and coach less experienced specialists and provide information affecting long‑term profits, organisational risks and strategic decisions.
