Overview
Blue Arrow has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced General Manager to join our client for the season (Feb - October). This is a seasonal job starting in late Jan/Early Feb until October 2026. Due to the location, applicants must be a car owner and able to travel to the site. This role is based around the Loch Lomond area.
RequirementsThe ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years of hotel management experience, ideally in a high volume unit.
Duties- Leading all teams in the hotel
- Staff management and rota
- Reporting to the Owners
- Holding weekly staff meetings
- Providing excellent customer service
- Adhering to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene rules
- Maintaining operational procedures and budgets
- Stock ordering
- Monitoring daily operations of the business
- Previous experience as Hotel General Manager
- A personal license
- Be available and able to drive to the location each shift
