* * What you’ll do
** As a Programme Manager (Performance and Dance), you’ll be a part of a team, reporting to Tramway’s Senior Manager. You’ll play an essential role in the development and delivery of Tramway’s creative programme with a specific specialism around performance and dance. Your work will make a visible and lasting difference. This could be:
* Supporting our communities
* Helping people get active
* Creating cultural experiences
* Or working behind the scenes to make it all happen

** We’re looking for someone with the right skills who brings energy to the role. If the following sounds like you, apply today! We’re looking for someone to lead on the development and delivery of Tramway’s dance and performance programme.
* Deliver a dynamic and diverse programme meeting essential income and audience development targets in line with the strategic business plan and Arts and Music Service Plan.
* Curate a programme of performances, external festivals, co-productions and collaborations and negotiate on relevant contract terms with partners
* Oversee the producing of the programme including inhouse developed as well as touring performances and events.
* Programme DIG, (Dance International Glasgow).
* Advocate for Tramway and our programmes
* Work with the Senior Arts Manager to develop the strategic planning of Tramway.
* Effectively manage and monitor the programme budget and lead on contract and financial negotiations for all artistic and participation activities.
* Manage the programme team and influence the wider team to ensure they are motivated, informed and trained to the required standard.
