We’re seeking an experienced Transport Shift Manager to join our team at our Glasgow Depot (G32 8EY
). This full-time, permanent role involves leading and developing your team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance across transport operations.

Transport Shift Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver OGSM targets through KPI management and performance coaching.
  • Manage people effectively, including reviews, development plans, and employee relations.
  • Champion health and safety and ensure legal/audit compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance and embed MMID behaviours.
  • Shift – Wednesday – Saturday, 0600 starts, 10‑hour shifts
  • PayCompetitive salary monthly paid, up to 10 % annual bonus, private medical insurance, 4x life assurance.

  • Proven leadership experience in transport or logistics.
