  • Ensure the smooth running of daily operations with a strong customer, quality and performance focus
  • Drive a proactive, safety-led, technology-enhanced service in line with Bield’s strategic direction
  • Build strong partnerships across Bield, local authorities, health and care partners, and digital providers

  • Provide confident decision-making in high-pressure situations
  • Support colleagues through change and embed a culture of continuous improvement

  • Generous annual leave entitlement
  • Occupational Sick Pay
  • Family Friendly Policies
  • Health care benefit plan and access to a credit union

  • Can guide teams through busy, high-pressure situations with confidence and empathy
  • Are comfortable with change, innovation and digital transformation
  • Have excellent communication skills and a calm, collaborative approach
  • Are motivated by delivering high-quality customer outcomes and improving services
  • Bring authenticity, resilience and a passion for independent living
