What You’ll Do

• Partner with senior finance leaders to deliver strategic objectives and optimise credit performance.
• Lead by example, setting clear goals and KPIs while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and development reviews to help your team grow and succeed.
• Champion continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Prepare executive‑level reports and keep stakeholders informed with clear, actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships across global teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2–3 years in a senior credit management role.
• Proven leadership experience with both direct and indirect teams.
• Expertise in collections and credit risk management.
• Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels.
• A track record of driving change and improving processes.

The role offers hybrid working, and is not fully remote; therefore, candidates must be able to travel to the Glasgow office regularly (and at short notice).
